Projection or Presence from another intelligence not with direct war type intent. Genuine non-human probes or consciousness driven vessel's Observational mapping rather than hostile. They're interested in environmental data and the human emotional field around disclosure. The Atlas name is almost like a cover story code name that's been used to lump together unrelated sightings. That is why it feels inconsistent some are ours some are not. Some are plasma based drones some are just atmospherics. The threat level from the actual non-human craft reads low. Language of words it's a direct vibrational expression of intent. It uses Sound, Tone, Rhythm, Breath in micro movement and sometimes in Light or Symbol to encode a specific State of Being. When you produce it, you are not saying words you are emitting a coherent frequency pattern that your cells, water, food, or space can read and respond to. It's older than speech itself.
