<P><FONT color=#0066ff><STRONG>I spotted and have video of a UFO right over New 
York City. I was filming a strange object which i still don't know what it is. 
In the process i caught another strange object...at first appears to be a plane, 
but then the main bright light briefly shuts off and a round shape can be made 
out with lights going around it...it was traveling very fast and dissappears 
behind a building.</STRONG></FONT></P></BODY></HTML>
