"I think the "UFO Sighting" phenomena has always been here, and it often puts on shows and displays for us, messes with our heads, manipulates humans on both micro and macro scales. Vallee and Puthoff and others say the UFO craft can manipulate space-time, which means they could be from other planets.. or other realities or other times or all of the above.
