Chile's Radio Santiago posted a UFO News item concerning an unidentified object "UFO" with a curious configuration, featured in a video reportedly taken in the Mexican city of Toluca. The text - kindly provided to us by Planeta UFO - reads as follows: "We were sent this record from the city of Toluca in the state of Mexico. Is it a UFO or one of the so-called Globos de Cantoya(Chinese Lanterns)?
